Reiki is a "Universal Energy" that exists in all of us. When a person energy has become stuck this energy doesn't flow through the body properly, it can lead to health issues. Reiki is a "palm healing" or "light hands on" where the Universal energy flows through the Practitioners palms and transfers to the client to encourage emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing.
Reiki sessions are 45-60 minutes long depending on the needs of the individual. Client rests face up, fully clothed on a massage table as Practitioner moves around the table with light hands on and/or off the body.
Price is $50 per session.
